This policy explains how DramaTake handles information and project materials submitted through this website and during AI drama production inquiries.

Information you provide
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, company or team, email, alternate contact, referral channel, production type, production tier, drama format, project notes, and—when you request full production—the planned episode count and episode length. Please provide only what is needed to review the request.
How we use information
We use submitted information to assess production fit, contact you, prepare scope and pricing, carry out agreed production, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary project records. Limited technical and attribution data may also be used to understand website performance and improve the inquiry experience.
Scripts and project materials
Scripts, character designs, likenesses, voices, images, video, and other project materials are used only for request review and agreed production. We do not publish them or use them for unrelated projects without authorization. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the materials to evaluate, process, store, or deliver the project.
Sharing and service providers
We may use providers for hosting, forms, email, file transfer, AI generation, and production workflows. They receive only the information needed for their role. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Attribution and session storage
To record visit sources, the site temporarily stores the first landing page, the page immediately before Contact, and UTM parameters for the current browser session. When you submit a production inquiry, this information may be sent with the form to help us understand inquiry sources and improve the submission experience. It is not currently used for personalized advertising.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve our content and experience. It may use cookies or similar technologies to collect pages viewed, referring sources, and general device and browser information. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of measurement.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and project records only for the shortest period necessary for evaluation, delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to contractual, accounting, security, and legal retention requirements. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through the public form.
