Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and AI drama production inquiries. A written quote, contract, or project agreement controls the final scope of paid work.
Effective: August 31, 2026
Website and service model
DramaTake is an AI drama production inquiry and delivery website, not a streaming platform, self-service generator, or online checkout system. Submitting a form does not create a binding project or guarantee availability.
Project formation and scope
A project begins only after scope, story and scripts, cast and style, delivery format, schedule, price, revision rounds, acceptance, and other material terms are confirmed in writing. Deliverables may include agreed AI anime or live-action drama assets, shots, audio, masters, and versions.
Material rights and customer responsibilities
You must have the rights, permissions, and valid consent needed to provide scripts, characters, trademarks, likenesses, voices, music, fonts, images, video, and references. You may not request impersonation, fraud, deceptive endorsement, unauthorized use of an identifiable person, or other unlawful content.
Quotes, timelines, and changes
The production tier, episode count, deliverables, price, and schedule for paid pilots and full projects are governed by the written quote, contract, or project documents agreed by both parties. Changes to the confirmed story, cast, style, audio, specifications, or delivery requirements may require a revised price and schedule.
Quality and acceptance boundaries
We work against the script, cast, style, dialogue, story, delivery requirements, and visible-artifact criteria confirmed in writing. 3 revision rounds are included at no extra charge. Please consolidate feedback for each review round. The scope these revisions apply to and the acceptance procedures are confirmed in writing by both parties before production. Customer-requested changes to an already approved script, cast, style, or delivery requirement require a new confirmation of scope, price, and schedule. AI-generated content still requires human review and does not guarantee commercial results, audience performance, or platform approval. You are responsible for final review before publication or distribution.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in materials you provide. Rights in final deliverables, permitted uses, and effective conditions are governed by the applicable quote, contract, or project agreement. DramaTake retains rights in pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and general know-how that do not contain your confidential project content.
Payment, cancellation, and settlement
This website does not collect online payments directly. Payment milestones, project suspension, cancellation, and settlement for completed work are governed by the written quote, contract, or project documents agreed before payment.
Availability and liability
The website may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or service changes. The date above shows the current version. Project-specific written terms take priority if they conflict with this page.
